Our Signature Planning Process

 

Here’s how your thoughtfully customized vacation will come together:

 

Step 1: Initial Consultation Session—Because your itinerary will be personalized, we’ll first get personal, meeting in person at our Green Bay office or over the phone for your complimentary consultation. We’ll dig deeper than your budget and preferred destination to uncover exactly what you hope to get out of this trip. 

 

Step 2: Proposal—Based on our in-depth consultation discussion, we’ll work with our on-the-ground destination specialists to craft an initial itinerary that ticks all your boxes—and includes special sites and activities you didn’t even know about! 

 

Need a change? We’re happy to tweak your itinerary until it’s just right.

 

Step 3: Book Your Trip—Once we finalize your itinerary, we’ll book and manage every last travel piece for you. This includes:

 

• Flights

• Private Transfers

• Hotel, resort, or cruise reservations

• Special tours and excursions

• Train tickets and/or rental car

• Travel insurance

 

Step 4: Prep for Departure—As your departure date inches closer, we’ll keep you up to date on important travel information and destination tips. Before your trip, you’re invited to join your advisor at our Green Bay office—or we can meet for coffee!—to go over all the final details of your vacation, receive your travel documents, and get every last question you have answered. 

 

Step 5: Support While You Travel—Finally, you’re off! And you can fully enjoy your trip without a moment of stress, thanks to the support we offer while you travel. 

 

You’ll receive your day-by-day itinerary and travel documents via a special app, for easy access on the go. You’ll also get our cell number so you can simply reach out if any travel hiccups arise, and we’ll smooth them over for you.

Premier’s Planning Fee

 

Our advisors earn a planning fee to cover their time conducting in-depth research and booking every travel component for our clients. Our fee also allows us to pair you with the best travel options for you, regardless of the commission we get. 

 

Our fee for a custom itinerary starts at $100 per trip, per couple —this fee depends on trip complexity, and we’ll share the exact fee amount with you upon your proposal acceptance.

 

Please note: You’re not charged for your planning fee until you accept your proposal from us—so you can first decide if you want to move forward with our proposed trip!
