PROFESSIONAL FEES

We charge fees for our expertise, time, experience, and our personal connections with industry insiders. Our clients feel our fees our fair and provide great value, especially in the time they save and the quality of vacation they enjoy.

Most fees are upfront and non-refundable and are charged after the complimentary assessment.  

Additional fees may be added for custom (independent) travel. An extra fee is charged for trips departing in 45 days or less.  All fees will be explained to you so you can give us your approval.

• Air tickets – Issued only in conjunction with a cruise or full vacation package; fees start from $100 per ticket

• Custom itineraries – From $300.00 per booking (typically, two persons sharing a room), per week

• Trip Development Fee – From $75.00 per booking (typically, two persons sharing a room)

• Day Tours/concierge services – possible fees which vary

• Cancellation fees – From $100.00 per person

• Consultation – $50.00 per hour (Does not apply to initial consultation)
